I feel I must give high praise for the speedy referral to the pain management team.
Within days of requesting a referral, I had a phone call offering me an appointment. There had been a cancellation, so the time was offered to me.
I attended and saw the doctor, within minutes of arriving. He was pleasant, friendly and listened to my problems. I have been offered help in the for of physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and acupuncture.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficient service. I have been treated with the utmost care and attention and I have nothing but praise for the team
