"Staff had the courtesy to introduce themselves and shake hands"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I found the people who dealt with me at the PRH to be polite and friendly – this included the main receptionist, the nurses and the doctor.

I also appreciated that the doctor on this visit and the radiologist on a previous visit (who performed the ultrasound scan) both had the courtesy to introduce themselves and shake hands.

Dear Edge870 Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience of the urology and radiology services at the Princess Royal Hospital. Courtesy and friendliness go such a long way towards making us feel comfortable in hospital, so it is great to hear that you found this to be the case right across the board. Receptionists, nurses, doctors and the radiologists were all meeting the high standards that every patient should expect and quite rightly deserves. Thanks for sharing.
