What could be improved

communication skills and respect for the patient. when an appointment is made and you have turned up on the correct day and time. booked into reception and been sat in the clinic for 2 hours to be told the doctor has decided to cancel your appointment. this is even though staff had been herd to say not all that days patients had turned up. this is not a one off this is my 4th time this year alone. i have had my notes lost and operations cancelled. you are told to make an official complaint which i have but still am treated the same. i have no choice but to use the nhs but i am still a person and deserve respect.
