"Slow with results"

About: West Cumberland Hospital

I'm still waiting for colopscopy results from October. Phoned to enquire about them and got a miserable woman who told me I should've phoned in office hours. Thats fine, but there is no need to be rude. The nurses are drs are great but this is the second time Ive had to chase up results and having to deal with not very polite staff just winds you up even more!
