Dear Mr Scott - please accept my apologies for not responding to your post before now, the automated alert system is not working as it should, which meant I was unaware your comments had been posted. I am pleased to learn that Orthopaedics at Southmead are providing a good service to you but apologise you are experiencing difficulties with parking, during this period of reduced facilities due to a pinch-point reached as part of the on-going redevelopment of the site. When you next visit Southmead Hospital again and cannot find a space please ring our parking team who will try and assist; their number is 0117 323 5023. Our parking officers carry out regular patrols and can contact other patrols on site to enquire where vacant spaces are located and then immediately direct you.
