"As usual, fairly hopeless"

Mother was admitted to AAU. It tool seven phone calls to be able to speak to the section/ward where she is. Four times the phone wasn't answered, once I got cut off, the other times I was put through to the wrong place. At no time did I feel I was being listened too. Last July she was admitted with a UTI and because of maltreatment ended up losing what little independence she had. Whilst receiving a full apology for this at the time this hospital really is a dreadful place to have to come.
