What I liked
Once I was admitted into the assessment unit I liked the tireless time spent by all the staff to inform me and ensure that I was aware of every stage of my assessment.
It took about 16hrs to be dealt with and sent to the right Specialty which I felt was very reassuring when a person is not sure what is wrong with them!
The staff were very pleasent and polite!
What could be improved
In the wards ie (mixed wards) elderly patients should be atleast assisted and covered when they are walking about.
The toilets should be checked more frequently, as they were dirty most of the times I used them!
