"felt so alone when the sessions finished"

(as the patient),

I had 16 sesions of C B T, when I was having the one to one my agoraphobia improved and I was able to go to the local shop once a day at varied times..when the setions finished I felt so alone it is a bit hard to carry on from where we left off. the lady who helped me was realy understanding and I felt so comfy in her presence...

Thank you for this feedback. Firstly I am delighted that the sessions helped you and that your agoraphobia improved. However I am sorry that you felt so alone when they ended. CBT is intended to give you the skills and techniques to use even when the sessions have ended. I wonder if you looked at this during your therapy.
