I was admitted into the snowdrop suite yesterday morning for a right knee medial menisectomy and chondroplasty. The cleanliness at prime facia was excellent and so was the greeting at the ADCU reception. A nurse came to meet and greet 3 of us and made us feel that this was more a private hospital let along NHS. The level of care provided from the start until final discharge yesterday afternoon was excellent which made the whole experience so much easier top cope with. The consultant, the anaesthetist and their teams were excellent. At a time when hospitals are becoming more scrutinised and reported for poor care resulting in complaint after complaint, it is so refreshing to be able to sing the praises of a number and varied staff for my recent visit and day stay. Well done to all concerned and thank you Bernie Fortner
