This class was run excellently. It provided a simple picture of the underlying anatomy of arthritic conditions followed by possible signs and symptoms and a practical managment program.
All this was delivered in a clear and interesting way making everybody feel 'included'
As a retired physiotherapist I felt this was very good use of profesional time. It would be dificult to have provided individual patients with the 3-4 hours of information given
