To whom it may concern, I have been attending the fracture clinic since October 2nd, when I broke my wrist. I would like to commend the teams both in the fracture clinic, as well as in the plaster room for their efficient, kind and thoughtful manner and service. I would particularly like to commend a member of staff in the fracture clinic who went beyond the call of duty to assist with the results of an MRI that I had done the previous day. The results were not back, as MRI had said they would be and they went out of her way to ensure that the report was collected and given to the doctor to read. This prevented me from having to have another cast for a further two weeks. If you have a staff member of the month, then I give them my vote! Please pass on my thanks to her.
