"Appalling booking system"

About: Alder Hey Hospital

I got a letter six months ago from Alder Hey cancelling my son's appointment. The letter said I'd receive notification nearer the time about getting a new appointment. This never happened. I have called several times to try and get an appointment and keep getting fobbed off! Just not good enough.
