"disserpointed"

I was very happy with the room and hygiene standards, all the staff seemed friendly and helpful. My surgery went well and all seemed to be great until I got home and emptied my bag to findthat I had, had £20.00 stolen. I had taken the money incase I wanted some magazines or something, I have reported the incident so the hospital are aware, but I doubt I will ever get the money back..
