"AAU excellent"

About: Watford General Hospital

My mother had to return to AAU urgently this morning to review her medication - all of the staff were kind and professional and treated my mother with exceptional care; the consultant was patient, courteous and informative, explaining everything very clearly and answering our questions fully. The teamwork and communication amongst the staff is impressive - and this is an exceptionally well run unit. We were recently in the AAU of a nearby hospital, whose staff would benefit from seeing how the Watford team manage patient care.
