"Appalling back-up staff"

About: King's Mill Hospital

Medical care from the doctors and nurses is excellent so far but the support offered by secretarial staff in terms of urgency, reliability & accurate information is dreadful. To have the phone put down on you by a consultant's secretary when trying to chase the status of a report detailing the results of a scan 4 weeks earlier is totally unforgiveable and incredibly rude from a so-called caring profession.
