"Excellent care, congratulations, thank you very..."

Just a little note to say thank you for the kindness and professionalism of the staff (the consultants the two extremely polite and helpful SHOs who were on call for Christmas and Boxing day and all the nursing staff in EAU(S) and Cringleford Ward, especially the 3rd year student nurse) during our son's treatment a few days ago for a very painful and aggressive parapharyngeal cellulitis. Even though it was a busy time, everybody did their best to provide early and appropriate treatment to Georgios, which resulted in his fast and full recovery within a few days. Their warm and caring approach to Georgios' pain and our anxiety was equally impressive and important, taking into account that the other side of the fence (a patient's parent and a doctor) is a difficult place to be. Please transmit our "thank you so much" to the staff, we are truly grateful.
