"The very good care that my mother has received"

About: Crawley Hospital

(as a relative),

My mother was admitted into Crawley hospital in late Oct 2013 after a fall at home.

I would like to thank the staff on Caravelle ward for the fantastic care that they all gave to her. Without their dedicated care I don't know where she would be.

She has now been discharged & is now in a care home & once again looking forward to life.
