"A&E visit"

About: NHS 111 Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would just like to let you know how pleased I am with my recent trip to A&E Worcester. I fell of my push bike on Tuesday when we had the frost and later that day suffered from pain in my wrist. I phoned the 111 NHS service and they advised me to visit the local A&E department.

I arrived and booked in and within 5 minutes I was seen by triage and then sent for an x-ray. Shortly after my 2 x-rays were taken I was seen by a doctor. The doctor confirmed no broken bones and told me why I had the pain and how to ease it. After all this I was back in my car shortly afterwards and on my way home.

I just like to say that this is the best service I have had. Whatever changes have taken place to improve the service have worked.
