Recently attended an appointment. It was my first time having this type of procedure and was extremely nervous about it. The staff were wonderful. Everybody put me at ease explaining what was going to happen, what was happening and also trying to take my mind off of it which was extremely helpful. I need not fear should I need to go for a second visit. A massive thank you to all the staff that looked after me
