I was recently referred to the dental hospital by my dentist and with a history of being a nervous patient I was not looking forward to the experience. However from booking the appointment through the initial examination and the final work I was really happy with the both the professionalism of everybody involved and the caring attitude The dentist and her assistant were very understanding of my nerves, walked me through what was happening and made me feel very comfortable - at no time did they make me feel I was being a nuisance or I should just get on with it I don't want to rush back but I can say they made it a less daunting experience than I had feared - Thank you from a relieved patient
