"Ct department"

My mam had to come to Darlington for a ct scan yesterday and she was extremely nervous as she had a previous bad experience in ct at bishop where the staff were very unhelpful and refused to give my mam any assistance on and off the table as she has mobility problems. However in Darlington we need not have worried. The staff were lovely mannered and couldn't do enough to help her. They treat her with dignity and respect at all times and even held her hand whilst they put her cannula in! I am well impressed with the service she received and she is no longer nervous about coming back for further procedures. I would be grateful if our sincerest thanks could be passed on to the staff.
