"I left feeling that I was no nearer ..."

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

I left feeling that I was no nearer to having my back problem treated, having been told that there was nothing available at the hospital to solve the problem my degenerative disc gives me.

Anything else?

Having been disappointed with the outcome of my consultation I sought a second opinion with a purchased copy of my MRI scan only to be advised that the MRI scan does not cover the segment L3/4 in axial slices. Since these sections were crucial to my problem I was somewhat surprised. Why would they not be there? Were they removed before it was sent to me?
