What I liked

The hospital was spotlessly clean. I was informed of the clinic delay immediately, but was impressed by the sign that said each patient is allowed as much time with the doctor as they need. This reassured me that i could talk and actually be listened to other hospitals have lessons to learn from this !

What could be improved

Everything was excellent.

I was so impressed by the cleanliness and staff that i have asked for my shoulder operation to be done here rather than in Wrexham even if it means waiting longer. Well Done this hospital is second to none !
