"Slow and badly organised"

About: Westmorland General Hospital

After waiting 4 weeks to see a consultant, and a further 4 weeks for an MRI, then 2 weeks for the results, then 2 weeks for a physiotherapy appointment (that's 12 weeks for you score-keepers) it turned out that the follow-up appointment with the consultant that should have been scheduled wasn't. So I gave up altogether rather than be stuck in a pointless physio loop - I'll just keep managing the condition like I did before I had to wait 12 weeks for something to happen.
