"Sensible + sensitive care"

New A & E department at local hospital was brilliant. I probably wouldn't have gone if Mayday was my only option because of the usual 4 hour+ wait there. Although my ankle had been injured 12 days before the nurse didn't send me away to fix an appointment and have to hobble along to my doctors only to be referred back to the hospital as apparently her guidelines recommend. The doctors's time was saved and my ankle was x-rayed there and then. It was broken. It would not have benefited from an extra visit to the doctors. Thank you for such a sensible decision and such excellent treatment. Please keep this facility as it is in Purley.
