Not enough praise ever seems to be given when all your expectations are absolutely surpassed. My husband chose RPH instead of our local hospital in Blackpool due to the short wait time. In all from consultation to op, 5 weeks - that is astounding. The first appt available locally was not until end of March! The day of the consultation there was a wait to be seen, nearly an hour but you tend to expect this but apologies were made and promises were actually kept! My hubby was dealt with swiftly, friendly and professionally. on the day of his little op, they put him absolutely at ease and he could not believe how quickly it was all done and dusted. The waiting room was comfortable, I will able to stay with him. Staff were very friendly and attentive whilst also being efficient and slick in their system getting through the patients. How relaxing an environment! exceptional! The Sister was so kind, helpful and informative. She should be very proud of her ward, staff and the way it is all run. what a lovely lady. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital. It was well worth the extra driving time to feel like someone actually cared about looking after their patients rather than how we are treated at our own local hospital. The highest of praise and thank you. It was only a little procedure but all the same, when it is your eye it can be very worrying and all concerns and worries were quickly allayed by just how wonderful and knowledgeable the staff were and how slick the whole operation there is run. Thank You
