My mother was admitted to A & E in The Memorial last night. When I visited I was dealt with with great courtesy and treated with respect and consideration. I was asked for information about my mother and listened to carefully. Both doctors and nurses were professional and polite. I was extremely impressed with the standard of care that my mother received and the amount of consideration and information that I was given..Tremendous!
