About: Adult community services / Cardiac rehabilitation

(as the patient),

I attended the exercise and stress and relaxation session of the heart support team.

Up until the lecture I understood stress as a process, however after the lecture I understood the different the different types of stress and human stress. It was the first time in my life I was given an explanation, I am 82 years of age.

I would like to give my thanks to the sister for putting things right after so many years.
