"Not long after meeting my counsillor I started to feel more confident"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

When I had my first session I was feeling very low and concerned about my counselling but not long after meeting Barry my counsellor I started to feel more confident.

As the meeting went on I found I was being do things and meet people and speak to them which I had not done for a couple of years.

I have also become more active and although I have medical health problems I am doing them to the best of my ability.

I cannot thank my counsellor enough for bringing me out of myself.

Dear Note198

Thank you for this feedback. It's so rewarding for us to hear that we have been able to help people when they need it and I will ensure I share your comments with Barry.

I'm delighted that your confidence has improved and along with it you have been able to be more active and social, despite the health problems you refer to.

I am so glad you stuck with the sessions despite your initial concerns and that it proved to be so worthwhile.

Thanks again and I will pass these comments on to Barry.

Kind regards

Heather
