"Care of mum after emergency admission"

I would like to compliment the staff on A&E, HEC and ward 3a on the care they gave to my mother on her recent admission as an emergency with heart failure. The kindness and respect showed to her was second to none and the high quality care in my opinion has saved her life and enabled her to recover to live a normal life. I cannot thank them enough and I would like the compliment passed on to the the relevant departments Many thanks
