I am writing to thank you for the treatment I received in your hospital A and E department.I was on holiday in Knighton and on 22nd November I fell in the holiday cottage and badly fractured my wrist. We arrived at Hereford hospital at about 9.30 that evening. Although we had quite a wait, the treatment has been very effective and I have made a very good recovery. I would like to thank the orthopaedic surgeon who so skillfully manipulated my wrist into a good position at about 1.00am. I am sorry I do not remember his name. I have good flexibility and am well on the way to a good recovery having had my plaster removed last week. When the NHS is under such scrutiny, the least I could do is to thank you.
