What I liked
Having had private healthcare for the past 40 years I was naturally concerned at entering a NHS Hospital now that private healthcare has become too expensive to afford. To my amazement at Broomfield Hospital under the care of that team I received the best treatment care and service I have ever had.
From the outset I was impressed with the telephone contact to make suitable appointments and for the first time ever was given an aneasthetic assessment what could show more care than that and how re-assuring.
Anything else?
The nursing staff on the day surgery unit showed great care and consideration indeed they could not have been kinder or more helpful I was even given notes and advice on what I should expect over the next few days, medication and a letter for my Doctor just amazing service for which I have written seperately to thank them.
