My daughter was admitted at Rainbow ward on the early morning of dec. 21 and I could not have any other words but praises from all who saw and took care of my daughter and even the cleaners. My first night was greeted by a welcoming nurse in the evening who introduced herself well then encouraged me to take a rest with her reassuring and calming voice. I was awaken by a lady as she cleans the floor and when she realised that we are still asleep she thoughtfully turn off the light again when she finished her task to allow us to buy more time to have a rest. The Saturday morning nurse was really thoughtful to offer me a cup of tea as she serves breakfast to the patient, while she checks on my daughter she kept me updated on my daughters observation and on what she will do all throughout which is very important for an anxious mum. The ward manager, was very compassionate and considers very well our concerns like when we were about to be transferred to a different room while she explained herself well. Everyone is lovely in the team, with special mention on nurses despite that it is night they start their work with energy, enthusiasm and greeted every patient in the room with a smile night after night. The domestic assigned was also fantastic as he even oriented me to the place that there is a play area for my daughter to use and a kitchen for parents. I observed that beyond his duty to keep the place clean he tried to make the patient smile opposite my daughter. Thank you very much everyone, a very fantastic team, for all the caring deeds and assurances which gave me confidence all throughout that my daughter was excellently taken cared of while under your loving and efficient care. Ever so gratefull, Mother of Hazielle Sarah
