"Horrible"

I went to the A & E departed as I was having chest pains and dizziness. When arriving at the front desk the 2 staff completely ignored me for a good 5-10 minutes and carried on talking about their personal lives. Feeling already anxious and near to passing out. The staff member was rude and uncaring it seemed. When waiting for test results all I heard was a woman screaming in the background. Never again will I go back there. Extremely fearful of hospitals now.
