(as the patient),

I had a small operation in December and came through the A&E department and was then referred.

The level of care and positive staff attitude was great.

I felt really looked after and cared for, very impressed. Considering I was in just before Christmas, which is a very busy time, nothing was to much trouble for any staff member I came into contact with.

All the staff are a credit - don't change, keep doing what you are doing, its brilliant!
