"Rude Receptionist"

It is very difficult to get an appointment over the phone in this practice.

Lines open at 8: 30am and when the call gets through there are no appointments available. For this reason, I decided to go in person to get an appointment. However, I was made to wait for less than a minute by the receptionist window as it was 7: 59 and the GP open at 8: 00.

The receptionist would not acknowledge me until such time and I was told to wait outside.

The fact of the matter is not the short time I was made to wait but the attitude of this particular member of staff.

I went to see a Doctor seeking for help and reassurance and was humiliated by a uneducated rude receptionist.

I believe many complaints have been raised about the same problem by other patients; unfortunately, this receptionist has continued to behave like this and surprisingly still works as a receptionist.
