I visited the clinic today. From the receptionist through the visit it went very smmoothly, and on time. The nurses were smartly dressed, friendly and reassuring-a credit to the Trust. The Consultant was welcoming, with a positive greeting. All was explained and discussed with me, and I came away knowing exactly what was happening, and had agreed on the plan. An outstanding clinic.
