"The staff, they are wonderful! ..."

What I liked

The staff, they are wonderful! wholly proffessional in everything they do, its been years since i was in hospital and cannot remember ever been treated the way i as treated during my stay. I was kept informed at all stages of my treatment, the treatment was speedy and it worked. The staff genuinely cared about me and my welfare. The way it should be, it will always be my hospital of choice if given one. Well done the PRUH keep up the great work it really is apreciated.

What could be improved

hard to pinpoint, but it is difficult to state what you fancy for your evening meal in the morning, but i can understand the logistics of trying to keep eveybody happy.

Anything else?

If anything they seemed understaffed at times, and staff were always extremely busy trying to keep on top of things, and far too much use of agency staff, who understandably dont know know the wards or patients as well as permanent staff. I would also like to mention the night nurse during my stay, she is the ulimate pro, and such a wonderful human being.
