About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Most of the nurses were helpful, I think you could improve the level of care given when patients leave ITU and then go onto a normal ward.

What could be improved

Did not like being on a mixed sex ward, especially when I had a catheter. The food also was poor, I was supposed to be on a low fat diet, low fat meals never arrived. I was also supposed to have build up drinks, trying to get the staff to make them up proved almost impossible.

Thank you for your comments.

Yours views are very valuable.

The Trust is working hard to ensure that patients are cared for in single sex areas.
