What I liked
Brilliant helpful and kind ward clerk in the outpatients’ area of the gynaecologic clinic
What could be improved
Waiting time..on that day I had to wait 3 full long hours to be seen due to an emergency in maternity..(Not that I was informed I had to keep bothering the ward clerk to find out the happening).. it took me 2 months just to take that appointment
Anything else?
The worst SHO that I ever seen stated that there wasn't much to do for me (the whole visit lasted 12 minutes). While I kept complaining of my symptoms...once back to the Gp he referred me to a hospital in the city where they were actually listening to me..and find out that what she stated was nothing..was something really serious that needed continuous treatment. So upsetting that doctors jus because you are young keep thinking that is just a fuss or other..they don’t listen at all.
So no I will never recommend Whipps to any one with Gynaecologic problems!!
