"Treatment at Yeovil District Hospital"

Having been referred by my GP to A&E (Medical) at Yeovil District Hospital, with suspected pneumonia, after a short wait in the public area, I was called through for examination by a team of A&E staff. Following various tests,including an ECG and chest X-rays, it was decided to admit me for treatment. I remained in hospital for the following 3 nights and 4 days before being discharged home. During my hospitalisation I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by all the staff with whom I came into contact - from consultants to domestic staff. In my opinion they were a credit to themselves, toYeovilDistrict Hospital and the NHS.
