"complaints not handled properly"

(as a carer),

my mum died while on the lcp in august 2012 we put in complaints we had meetings and still waiting to hear about next step the process is far too long I think they have forgot about us or are hoping we will drop everything.

People was supposed to get in contact with us from the hospital nothing has been done we felt that my mum was left to die on the lcp without food or water when inbetween she had made a recovery, nothing was done about it food and fluid charts were never filled in. We feel as a family that this is not good enough and we want more answers
