"Mrs Pauline Grieves deceased"

My daughter and I would like to express our sincerest thanks and appreciation for the most kindly, compassionate and sympathetic treatment that my late wife, Pauline, received from all the staff in Holly Ward, during the period 26 Nov - 8 Dec. Our thanks also to the consultant and members of the palliative care team. We would also like to record our admiration for the ambulance crew and the timely work of the A&E Department, on the evening of the 25 November. My late wife Pauline and I have always been strong advocates of the NHS system and there could be no better example of its excellence than our recent experience.
