"Long waiting times"

About: Poole General Hospital

Resending this as I don't know if it got sent as my internet signal went down. Basically I went to see a neurologist about my balance problems and pins and needles a few months back, original appointment got cancelled without an explanation as to why, so I had another appointment for the end of the following month, Examination went ok, got listened too and everything that I've experienced symptom wise was noted down. Then had my first mri a month later, guessing it went well because after a wait for over three weeks, my mum chased it up with my gp and apparently my mri came back clear, never received a written mri report so I'm guessing all is well from what my gp said, so that's good news and when I had my first head mri the staff were great, polite and reassuring and accommodating. Waiting now for an appointment for physio but haven't heard anything. Overall experience has been so far a positive one, just the amount of waiting for appointments is ridiculously long and sometimes needs to be chased up, otherwise got no other complaints.
