"shocking care for elderly"

I currently have a close relative in Lincoln hospital . After having 2 major operations and 1 week in icu ,where the care was fantastic ,it seems a waste of money to then transfer someone 2 another ward where staffing levels , cleanliness , state of ward (looks like Romanian orphanage off tv !) are diabolical . The staff didn't even know my relative had a stoma bag and was left in his own faeces over night as it wasn't emptied and split . There health had know deteriorated though neglect on current ward . A dog would be treated better than my relative has on current ward . O and they also had a fall 2 day . It is apalling patients are being kept in these conditions . Somebody needs to be looking at the way this ward ? Hospital ?is being ran as I'm surprised nobody is facing charges of neglect . I am disgusted .
