"Repeatedly let down by CAMHS"

About: North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust / Child and adolescent mental health

(as the patient),

I have been repeatedly let down by the service since I was first refered to them at the age of 13.

There are long periods where I have been unable to contact appropriate staff.

care has been disjointed often having a different worker every session.

Staff members have acted inappropriately to the point where I no longer felt safe within the meetings and staff from other organisations have had to come with me.

At the age of 18 having received no real help I requested to be moved over to the adult services, this has not happened and I am now in a worse state than ever with my GP left to pick up the pieces.
