(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Having health care meant I could have first hand help at my door step, someone who helps me control my medication and give me fine advice on how to help myself.

Seeing my Heart Failure Nurse regularly in Mansfield meant a lot to me. There should be a lot more services as good as this.
