We needed to use the minor injuries unit on Sunday 12 th January despite this website saying it was open 7 days a week it is not. It was closed. Very disappointing that our time was wasted, I guess just down to the laziness of your website administrator.

Unfortunately due to short notice sickness Crowborough Minor Injury Unit was closed. We endeavour to ensure that this is widely communicated to reduce any impact to our patients.

We ensure that 111, 999 and our GP partners are informed. An automated message is left on the answerphone phone (advising patients of alternative care providers). The Unit team are presently unable to make alterations to the website but we are in communication with the IT team to allow us this facility. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
