"acute kidney failure"

I was taken to a accident and emergency with acute kidney failure the doctors on duty that night got me stable and then I was admitted to Finedon Ward. While I was on this ward the care I received was excellent ,in particular from the renal doctors, they answered my questions and also involved my wife with updates as to my treatment also they never talked over me and their bedside manner was excellent. Would you please pass my comments on to them and the ward and thank them ,also the doctors who treated me in a/e that night Thank you Colin Wyles
