About: St George's Hospital

My daughter was admitted to Chebsey House in November 2013 and has since been transferred to Norbury House. The care that she has received on both wards has been outstanding. She is treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times. Staff also understand that it is a stressful time for her family and we have all been well looked after too. You are all an amazing bunch of people - thank you so much!

Dear Carol G Many thanks for taking the time to convey these wonderful sentiments about your recent experiences. Please be assured that I will see that your comments and compliments are passed on to the Ward Managers and staff on both wards. I know they will be extremely grateful for this recognition. Whatever the feedback, this is an excellent way of measuring ‘how we are doing’ and I know the staff will be so pleased to learn that they have contributed so positively to your family’s experiences of our services and that their hard work and devotion to patient and family care has been instrumental in helping you through this time.
